Return and Refund Policy
At Ink-Credible Finds Co., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original tags attached.
- Custom, personalized, sale, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Self-Serve Returns
- We offer a self-serve return option for your convenience. You can request and manage your return by accessing your customer account at https://shopify.com/63683657775/account.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please log in to your customer account or contact us at ink.credible.finds@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returned items.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they are in their original condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ink.credible.finds@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
